Overall our stay was enjoyable. The house is located minutes away from Niagara Falls State Park. Beds were comfy. Craig was responsive to our requests. Washer & dryer both need replacing.

The place was really great, Our group had a really great time. The location was just perfect, everything was easily accessible. The point of contact Craig was awesome very responsive and prompt in answering any questions we had over text pretty quickly. The house was well kept, clean and parking was great. They had kept small details in mind while keeping stuff in the home. We are definitely staying there again during our next visit.

This was an excellent rental. We were very happy with everything. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quite run down but that's the city's fault not the property. It was completely safe. If we were to return to the Falls we would stay there again for sure.

The place was great and very cozy and plenty of space for tbe family. Backyard was a bit smaller then we thought and the location wasn't the best. The location was good for its distance to all the attraction in Niagra but not a place I'd go for a walk by myself.

Having grown up in an older house I found this house to be charming and comfortable. Roomy downstairs for family get-togethers, we had six adults in the house and never felt cramped downstairs. The bedrooms were comfortable. Wish it had one more full bathroom. Neighborhood is older, but looks to be going through some renovations.

We stayed at this lovely house for two nights while visiting Niagra Falls. We had 8 people ranging from 5-60 years old. This house was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were exactly what we wanted, including bunk beds. The only downside was having only 1 shower, but we knew that going into it, and we made it work! The host was awesome to work with and was quick to answer questions. I loved the old house charm and it provided plenty of space for our family. I liked it so much better than staying in a hotel. Overall great experience, and the Falls were beautiful!

Getting to the property is very easy off the highway and has plenty of street parking. It is extremely close to the falls in all of the activities going on over there. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but there are a lot of families and other renters in the area. The house was extremely quiet and had everything we needed in the kitchen and cooking areas. You have full access to laundry, which we cleaned all of our clothes before we left, such a nice thing to do. I would definitely rent this property again, and recommend it to other people. Niagra falls was one of our top favorite vacations!

The property was mostly well maintained. However, both couches were broken and there were ants in the kitchen/bathroom area. The upstairs was exceedingly hot even with the AC on. Thankfully there were ceiling fans which made it possible to sleep. We visited when it was very hot out. There were nice extras like a coffee area with a kurig and bath products in each room. Lastly, the neighborhood was run down, but we did not have any problems during our stay.

Our family came as a homeschool trip for 4 days. This meticulously clean and beautifully maintained home was the perfect place to stay! It exceeded our hopes & expectations.The hosts have done a beautiful job setting the home up with every thoughtful detail: the kitchen was well outfitted for preparing all of our meals; the yard was a sweet spot for our children to play and for our family to enjoy an evening fire in the firepit; the laundry machines were a huge bonus! (going home as a family of 6 with Clean laundry was a huge blessing!!) The location is superb! Tops was a nice nearby grocery store; there is a park/ playground in walking distance; access to either drive to or walk to the falls couldn't be easier! (we did both)The hosts were accessible and helpful.10 out of 10!

My husband and I booked a small trip with our pup to celebrate our lives before our first child arrives soon. I was very nervous booking based off the neighborhood comments on pretty much all listings in the surrounding area. However, i was very pleased with the location and home itself. I felt completely safe, the neighbors were very kind, and the house felt homey to me I gave 5 stars for location because it is close to absolutely everything. The neighborhood is a little run down but there are far worse areas within than this location. If you are looking for prime location without a "rough" setting, this is your house! We would absolutely stay here again in the future :)

Check in was a breeze, had no difficulty finding parking despite it being first come first serve street parking only. The inside of the house is beautiful, though as any old has its quirks. For parents of young kids, be aware the house is noisy (specifically stairs/doors) and sound travels so a sound machine I would have been really helpful for bedtimes/naptimes. We cooked a thanksgiving dinner while here and the kitchen had most of what we needed in terms of pots/pans/kitchen tools etc as well as plates/cutlery for all of us (6 people). *Note for parent of small kids* both tables were bar height so there was so concerns about our 3 year old struggling, but if you bring a booster seat, you’ll be fine (we didn’t and it was still fine). As other people have noted, the neighborhood looks a bit dodgy (many boarded up windows on neighboring homes) and is very dark at night. That said, it’s hard to beat the location. We walked from the property to Canada across the rainbow bridge and it was less than a mile. I ran one morning in the neighborhood and felt completely safe. There was a games closet with lots of books, toys and board games. Finally, the beds were SO comfortable. Every single person noted that the bed they slept on was more comfortable than theirs at home. Overall, would stay again and recommend for families.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our son and his family. Reading other reviews sort of prepared us for the neighborhood, but it was still a bit shocking to see. However, we did feel safe. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed playing the games, that were in the house, in the evenings. The beds were comfortable but there is no a/c upstairs. The ceiling fans helped and we were thankful for nice weather. The most frustrating part of our stay was the property being hosted through Evolve. All information provided after our reservation was made was communicated through another secure website which required a verification every time. This made it difficult to share the information with the rest of the family. Also, the front door lock required an app on my phone. I was the only one that could use it and had to have my phone any time we walked outside because the door automatically locked in less than a minute. It would’ve been nice to have all the communication through VRBO and a door lock with a numbered key pad. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. If we ever went back, we would consider staying on the Canadian side of the falls. There was alot more to do over there.
