Overall a great experience. Location was amazing and the hotel is cute! Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel room was very outdated ,possible black mold in the bathroom , thin walls. If you have bad allergies, this may not be for you. Price is FAIR , and I would stay there again for sure.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel,, property and rooms were very clean. The hot tub was awesome! The king size bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Complementary breakfast was better than a lot of other places I have stayed. Coffee and tea were available all day. I would definitely definitely stay at this play again! We also got room for a great price on Expedia. Very close to Niagara Falls and other places to go. It was very inexpensive. I totally recommend this place to everyone! Job well done!

Bit of an older hotel and it shows on the interior features - but!! Great spot in an excellent location across from the river and an easy walk along the Main Street to all restaurants and shops . Amazing value . Would stay again if in the area 👌👍

Staff were extremely capable, positively and pleasantly engaged, and efficient. Breakfast was very adequate; perhaps, if it lasted until 1100hrs instead of 1000hrs, it might have been better timing; yet, the staff didn’t usher people away if, they lingered past time and even asked people if they were done/wanting more, before removing the food. The staff were accommodating and chill about the timing, all the same. The room was huge… extremely spacious/two queen bed room; beds were comfy; no actual closet for belongings. It’s an older building, a bit run down yet, we loved the quaintness and it was clean while aesthetically needing a teeny makeover… not a deterrent for staying there, for us. We would book, again. Didn’t use the hot tub or fitness room; did take a peep and it looked like it would suffice. Loved the town… the river… the views, all around… and, accessibility to adjacent attractions, shopping, border, etc.. Parking access is an issue if, you don’t get one of the few property spots out front, and/or on the street; walking to the overflow parking lot inclusive of stairs could be challenging for people who are compromised. If, you are physically able, it’s truly not an issue; very short walk. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Always a great little hotel by the river. Perfect for visiting our daughter who goes to Niagara University. Main Street in Lewiston has adorable shops and good restaurants. Niagara Crossing is a perfect location.

Hotel is in great location with wonderful restaurants within walking distance, rooms clean and staff wonderful… Just minor note- before my stay 1- I tried calling hotel ahead several time in the early morning then afternoon.. no answer after holding for about 10 rings.. 2: when young lady finally answered on the 3rd attemp- she sounded annoyed 3: the breakfast offering was decent - my only suggestion with the scrambled eggs, bacon n breakfast sausage.. perhaps an offering of hash potatoes.. would have rounded out that breakfast very nicely.. Worthy note- the strong coffee is very good.. my family will definitely stay again
