Location Location

We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent! From the Hotel entrance turn left and walk down the hill 3 minutes and you are on the waterfront. A few minutes walk to see the US Falls and 5-8 minutes to the see the beautiful Horseshoe Niagara Falls. Hotel included free parking and breakfast. The continental breakfast was simple so don't expect too much. Hotel is a little dated but for the location and price, you will not be disappointed. Walk 15 minutes to "Clifton Hill" streets, and you will find yourself at a mini "Las Vegas". 👍👍 The second night we walked down the street to see the Fireworks and Light show! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and nice holiday. 😁😁

We were there for a concert at the casino. Perfect walking distance. Room was dated, but everything worked. Would stay again due to proximity of casino.

I believe this is a good option for a budget friendly hotel, however, next time I’d much rather spend more just for the cleanliness factor. This is nothing against the staff, they were so wonderful and welcoming, but we had issues with the room. You can hear everything happening outside the room (the doors slam shut everytime you close it and unfortunately our neighbours were very noisy all hours in the night). We also found some sort of bug? Unsure if it was a roach but my youngest daughter stepped on it on the morning that we left. The good things about this hotel aside from the price is that the pool is quite nice and my kids had fun there, and the included breakfast is pretty decent, and the staff there was very attentive as well. Again, great for a budget and if you won’t be in the room much, but would not stay again if I had the choice to.

I was beyond disappointed with the cleanliness here. Upon walking in, the room smelled musty, and it only got worse from there. The sheets had visible stains, there was hair in the shower from the previous guest, and the carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Even the 'clean' towels had a strange odor. I brought this to the front desk’s attention, but they were dismissive and didn't offer a room change or a proper cleaning. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values basic sanitation."

Staff was great however room experience was horrible. Mattress was very springy, Broken balcony door, the knob to pull to turn on shower was a screw. Zero soundproofing....Very loud - didnt sleep the whole weekend and left at midnight saturday night to go home for much needed sleep. Staff told us they had asked the loud people 2x to keep noise down within an hour. I felt bad for the night staffer who was alone dealing with this.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and amenities of this hotel. The hotel is the closest hotel to the path along the Falls, riverview rooms have a view of the American Falls and also come with a deep jacuzzi tub plus a walk-in shower. The free breakfast has both hot and cold items and parking is free. Most hotels in Niagara Falls charge between $15 - $40 per night of outdoors parking.
