very nice property in a quiet part of town. Easy to walk to downtown. Bruno and Jodi were excellent hosts and the breakfast was very good as well. I can think of nothing negative to say about the property or the hosts. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to NOTL.

Greatly enjoyed my stay. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. My room was large and the bathroom modern . The guests had access to the living room downstairs. Jodi’s breakfasts were delicious.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Jodi and Bruno are wonderful, attentive hosts. Our room with ensuite bathroom was well appointed and comfortable, and the gourmet breakfasts were amazing. Our particular food restrictions were easily accommodated. Highly recommended!

It is a great location. Far enough from the main drag in a quiet residential area but close enough to walk the main street. Suggest taking an Uber to go to the Shaw Theater because parking is a challenge!

We had an amazing experience at Serendipity B and B! Jodi and Bruno went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a lovely weekend. We had a fabulous stay at the Serendipity B&B. Bruno and Judy are extremely hospitable, welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious and substantial portions. The house is in an ideal location. The bedroom and bathroom is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It Overall exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a stay in the Niagara-on-The-Lake. We hope to be back some day.

Hosts Jodi and Bruno are very welcoming and their home is impeccable. Breakfast is freshly prepared by Jodi and is meticulously presented promptly at 9:00. The room, living room and bathroom are straight out of House Beautiful. Clean does not do justice to this home. From the entrance where guests are requested to remove their shoes to the comfortable beds with high quality linens and pillows, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended and a great place to stay while you enjoy Niagara-on-the-lake. You come as a guest but leave as family.

Jodi and Bruno were fantastic hosts. Their knowledge of the wineries in the area was extremely helpful in planning our trip. They went above and beyond for delicious breakfasts each morning and went out of their way to curate the experience for us. The room and entire property was very clean and well taken care of. The location is very close to the heart of NotL and walkable to some very good wineries. I would highly recommend staying with them. I certainly will look them up when back in the area again.

Wow. Not sure where to begin! I've been vacationing at B&B's in NOTL for nearly 20 years. This was far and away the most pleasurable experience ever. The home is beautiful and SPOTLESS. I've never stayed at a place so clean and tidy. The owners were welcoming and very hospitable. The breakfast could compete with any fine restaurant. Walking distance to the historic district.

Jodie and Bruno are great hosts and we feel as if we have made new friends. The breakfasts were fantastic and so tasteful. What can we say?.... Oh ...My ....God!!! I wish I had taken pix to post but we both rushed to taste and devour the meal each morning. I need to do that ( the pix that is!) on our next visit which I feel we will be making sooner rather than later. Their knowledge of the area and suggestions for anything from walks to interesting shops with yummy chocolates to dining to restaurants was so appreciated. Neither my wife or I could not say enough good things about this place. I cannot finish without pointing out the beautiful backyard with its quiet comfortable areas to just curl up with a book or a glass of wine. Serendipity it was! Nous venons de trouver un endroit extraordinaire ... les hôtes sont incroyables, très accueillants, soucieux de notre confort et leurs petits déjeuners sont si délicieux. Si vous avez besoin de références pour des activités, ils se feront un plaisir de vous aider. L'endroit est très joli, très propre et paisible. Pour Niagara-in-the-Lake, c'est un must. This B&B was an excellent choice! It was impeccably clean, is beautifully designed and is very comfortable. The neighborhood and home is quiet and feels very safe. Breakfast was amazing!!! ... the huge baked apple pancake that everyone raves about is all that, and the scoop of limoncello ice cream that followed was a decadent surprise! The owners are lovely. They work to make your stay in the area a great one and are genuinely a fun couple to get to know. Stay here if you get the chance!!
