"My kids love this place, rooms are very clean with a table for 4 alao the rooms with a lot space , property well maintained, water park enough for keep busy the kids , arcades, parking too expensive $25 plus tax per day , parking with a lot empty spaces, food market right next door, many restaurants close to the hotel"

"This house was unbelievably clean and everything was thought of. We liked that it wasn't right in the crazy/noisiness of Niagara Falls, but was close enough for us to go in for dinner. The owner was very communicative and happy to help with all questions. We loved that we didn't have to "house clean" upon leaving - some listings, even if you pay a cleaning service want you to clean everything, strip beds etc.. before you go. Waqas has everything taken care of for you."

"Nice house, lots of room. Though, some rooms didn't have a light for reading and towels were scarce.Neighborhood new, lots of motorcycles .....only about half an hour from everything."

"Traveled w my finance, 16 yr old son, his best friend and our pups. The host was great, the neighborhood was very quiet and perfect for what we were looking for. We are very happy with our choice, and would recommended this location to anyone looking for the tourist experience without being in the middle of it 24/7. "

"suburban home, newly constructed within 10-15 mins of niagara falls. A nice break from all the money grabs and tourist traps. Clean 4 BR 2.5 bath home with garage offered a nice place to relax and recharge."

"We were impressed with the completeness of what was made available to us in the basement unit/apartment (I think many of the photos are showing the main unit and not the basement one). It was very clean, comfortable, with many amenities. It was the perfect size/space for us two for a week. Location was very convenient - very suburban, quiet, and a quick drive to everything you could need/want including a variety of grocery stores. The ONLY thing lacking was no dining table/TV tables and no oven. Howevever, the stove top is top knotch - super fast and safe (the provided copper cookware worked perfectly with it!). Our host was wonderful and communicative without being overbearing. 10/10 recommend this location and the larger unit at this location! "

"Beautiful house. For minor improvement, maybe change the pillows to a better one. Though the AC is centralized, the rooms upstairs were not as cold as downstairs."

"We absolutely loved the property and would stay there again! It is a new construction neighborhood but this particular house is on a street that is complete and we had no problems with noise whatsoever. Located about 15 minutes away from most attractions and very little traffic. Very easy to get to and from places and lots of convenience located near us such as restaurants, walmart, pharmacies, gas, and coffee. Inside the house is extremely clean and well-equipped. Sufficient towels provided as well as sheets, blankets, and pillows for the bed. Some toiletries provided. Plenty sufficient to get started. There isn't sufficient space for a family to sit and watch TV. There is a very small couch that is not family friendly. I brought my beach chair in and set on that to watch tv. Mind you, we were not at the house much, but would have been nice to have somewhere to relax when we got back from a long day. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable! Bathrooms are plenty big enough. Post was very quick to respond to any questions. I didn't have any concerns, just overall questions and she was always very quick to respond. She even provided some entertainment and food options because we are not at all from the area, which was very much appreciated. Overall, excellent experience and would absolutely return to this property again! "
