「The host, Neil, seemed very nice but the apt. was bot very clean. The place smelled of cat urine, there was cat hair on the table, hand prints on the walls, mirrors dirty, when we pulled blanket back there were stains on sheets. Recliner was dirty spots. The pool had a hose in it...hot tub had so much chlorine you could barely breathe. I was VERY dissatisfied, I could have brought my camper but was excited for the hot tub and couldn't even use it. We left at 11:30 pm cuz we were NOT sleeping on...

「Would not recommend if you looking to get sleep! Also would not bring young children if you travel. Very loud music plays downstairs at local bar which can clearly be heard in the rooms above. Vibrates walls until 2:00AM, unable to enjoy TV. Door very loose and flimsy, several defects not shown in photos. Parking in rear of building must walk around city block to enter. Homeless people at night. Submitted complaint to Vrbo, No follow up to videos and pictures. Please do not be fooled. 1 out of 5...

「The inside of the rental was decorated beautifully and very clean. We only made coffee but there where enough kitchen items for your stay. As others reported the back door is hard to lock. We did not feel comfortable sitting in the front porch as it does need some upgrading to be as nice as the inside of the rental.The outside of the property could use a bit of upkeep. We did enjoy our stay here while visiting Niagara Falls.」

「My husband and I enjoyed our visit very much. Both the location and the vibe were just what we were looking for. The check-in was effortless and the host provided step by step instructions. If you enjoy walking you can walk to the falls. It’s also about 25 minutes drive to a few wineries ( if that’s your thing ) ! I would definitely book again.」

「Nice 1 bedroom in a du-plex with modern touches, and very close to Niagara Falls attractions. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The host responds quickly and we had no issues. We would definitely book with them again. 」
