"In room coffee was terrible...drip coffee made available in the kitchen would be preferred. I dont know if it's the water or the products left for the shower ...peppermint is not something I enjoy and it didnt lather.....I would still recommend Kent motel....it didn't fail to impress in every other aspect...so clean so quiet and a central location for exploring the Niagara area"

"We were please with our stay. The breakfast and dinners we had there were also good. I was disappointed that our room was only looked at once. The towels were changed but the bed was jut very poorly made and not changed. I would have liked glass glasses and not paper cups.."

"The rooms were very spacious and clean. When I checked in, the front desk lady was friendly and gave me a list of nearby restaurants. There was plenty of free parking available. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to reach local attractions and shopping areas. Breakfast offered plenty of options to choose from, and I especially loved the cinnamon rolls!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance to town as well as to the lakeside park. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The vineyards are close by. They do offer a driver to visit a few select wineries so you can enjoy sampling wines without driving. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Niagara-On-The- Lake. We hope to return next year."

"This is a gorgeous property! It is so conveniently located and the staff went above and beyond! Marni, the front office manager was so welcoming, professional! So much so that we are coming back next year! Also thank you to Cyndy for making sure we made it to our winery tours by picking us up! The food in NOTL for dinner was also outstanding!!!"
