This lovely home is situated in the charming "Old Town Heritage District" of Niagara-on-the-Lake, just a 20-minute walk from Queen and King Streets.

It features 1 king-sized bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and a sofa bed in a private upstairs room. With 3.5 bathrooms, it can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

This wonderful year round home is just a short walk to the charming "Old Town Heritage District" of Niagara-on-the-lake with its unique atmosphere. Head out the door and walk to town for lunch and browse the shops, art galleries & world renowned theaters. The public library and community center with a café shop is only steps away as well as the public transit bus that takes you around town and the largest factory outlet mall in the area. Walk to the famous Jackson-Triggs Winery and enjoy many events and concerts.

Come back home and relax at this comfortable three bedroom, 4 bath house. This home offers a nice floor plan with two spacious bedrooms upstairs and additional sitting room with TV and pull out sofa bed. Master bedroom with en-suite bath is on the main level. Plenty of space to gather in the kitchen and dining area which is open to the Great Room. The Great Room is bright and airy with vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light.

In the basement you will find another family room with lot of children's toys, books, games tables. Office desk and chair and another full bathroom.

Take a tour of local wineries and micro breweries, a relaxing stroll in the "Old Town Heritage District" to browse the unique shops or the lakeside boardwalk. Once you’ve stayed the first time we know you’ll keep coming back to the Maplewood house.

You must be at least 25 years old to book this property. There is a flat rate for up to 8 guests, which is the maximum allowed. Please specify the number of guests at the time of booking, and any changes afterward must be approved by the host. Extra guests are not permitted without prior notice.

Please note that street parking is not allowed. We have a large driveway available, so please park only in our designated area.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: We strive to accommodate our guests’ early check-in requests. If we don’t have guests staying the night before, we can usually offer early check-in as early as you need. If there are guests checking out on the morning of your arrival, we can likely offer check-in around 3 PM at the latest. Unfortunately, we won’t know how early we can accommodate check-in until the day before your arrival, so please check in with us again then.

For check-out, we would appreciate it if you could leave by 11 AM, as our cleaning shifts are pre-scheduled. Thank you for your understanding!

Our TVs are smart TVs or equipped with streaming devices like Amazon Fire Stick or Roku. If you plan to watch sports events or games, please research how to stream live events on a smart TV before your trip, as you may need to purchase some subscriptions or apps.

Coffee Maker: We have a drip-style coffee maker, and we provide coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer, and coffee filters for your convenience. Enjoy!

Great vacation property

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this location. The detached house is very clean and very well organized for visitors. It has all of the conveniences of home. If you are staying in Niagara on the Lake, I would highly recommend staying at this house.

I cannot express how wonderful this home was for our family of 5 to visit the area for a 3-night stay. Wonderful Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend away at this house. There was so much room to spread out. We loved the availability of so many beds and they were very comfortable! The house is furnished with everything you need including shampoo, body wash, coffee creamer and hot chocolate! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Our group of college friends vacations together every summer. After a few days in Toronto we spent two days at Jing’s place and had a great experience. Beautiful home with so much attention to detail and super clean. While we were able to walk downtown it’s a little bit of a hike and we found rented bikes to be a really great alternative for going back and forth. Zoom bike rentals was very accommodating with delivery and pickup service. Our entire group agreed we would love to come back and stay in this house again.

Great property

The house easily accomodated our group of 7. The dining room was a perfect gathering place to play cards and games in the evening (options provided by host was a nice touch). The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. Compared to other VRBO locations, i found this to have a well stocked kitchen, with enough dishes etc that we were comfortably able to enjoy without having to bring everything with us.

Worth every penny, checks every box

Wonderful place, perfectly appointed with the things you need to make for a convenient and fun stay. High quality but not unnecessarily fancy appliance utensil, gadget, toy, amenity, furniture, you name it. If I’m staying in NOTL, again it’s going to be here.

Absolutely wonderful property

Beautiful home in a convenient location. This home had everything you could ask far. We stayed here with 5 ladies for our 5th annual wine tour. Eveyone was in agreement that this was the best accommodations we've ever had coming to NOTL. Comfortable beds, plenty of room and very clean. The owner thought of everything as the place was fully equipped and we wish we stayed longer - it felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful experience from check in to check out. House was very roomy for a group of 8. Well appointed house including kitchen. Clean, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Easy 15-20 minute walk to downtown area. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay again.

The host was very accessible and helpful. The host was quick to respond. The house was perfect for our group. Whie we thought we would play with the games down stairs we found we sat by the fire and chatted. It was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us and the area is quite and nice for go for walks and runs. I would highly recommend this property.

NOTL winery “hopping “

The Maplewood house met our needs. Excellent location for road tripping to wineries and an easy walk to downtown core. The house is well equipped. In the kitchen there are lots of dishes, cutlery, pots pans and glasses. The bathrooms are also setup well with lots of towels and extra necessities. The whole house is clean and comfortable. Girls Weekend

We were a group of 10 ladies for a weekend away. Everything was wonderful. The home was stocked with all we needed. There was lots of space for all of us. Jing was great. We had an interruption with the WIFI and she responded immediately and got us back up and running. The location was great. We were able to walk to Queen Street. Definetly recommend this home!

NOTL … Making Memories

Thank you! My husband and I wanted a peaceful and relaxing vacation in NOTL with his 85 year old parents. The Maplewood House was the perfect location and comfortable home to relax, and enjoy our time together. Our host was so accommodating and quick to respond to our messages. The house was fresh and clean and up to date with appliances and decor … it was so well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen supplies, dishes, pots and pans … beds were really comfortable… we had fun dining on the back patio after grilling … we had a wonderful visit!

Highly Recommend

We were on a visit to meet up with my in-laws and decided to book this house last minute. The owner was so quick to respond and the house is beautiful. The rooms are huge and there is a bedroom with an ensuite on the main floor so my in-laws did not have to climb stairs. The house has everything you could possibly need: dishes, towels, tissues, ice and even a puzzle that I quite enjoyed. The location is perfect and you can't get lost going to the lake or historic downtown because it's literally down the street. We are already planning our next trip to the Maplewood House.

Beautiful home

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The home is shoe free which we greatly appreciated. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. The family thoroughly enjoyed the air hockey and foosball during some downtime.We were able to walk to the bike shop, a few restaurants, and the historic district… just wear some comfy shoes.The owner was very responsive to messages and made my family feel extremely welcomed. We would not hesitate to rent again the next time we are vacationing in NOTL.
