"There was hair on the wall of the shower and in the tub. There was dust on the phone and side table, the door stopper was missing, the lamp pole was lopsided and was propped up against the wall and the arm chair was used to keep it from falling over. Security was no where to be found to patrol the area and to maintain the courtyard rules of no noise after 10pm. Understandably, that this is a family friendly hotel, however, maybe a section could be for individuals that have older children or no children in order to keep the environment enjoyable for all guests at the hotel."
