Skyline Hotel & Waterpark

"Staff were excellent. Very helpful. Family friendly. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and we loved the option of a room with a queen bed and a bunk bed so that they could sleep separately. (The bunk was a twin over double so a great option for families of 5). We loved how close we were to Clifton Hill. It allowed us to walk to and from our room throughout the day if we needed. It is also on the WEGO bus line which we took advantage of. The attached water park was a lot of fun! We loved the slides and pools. The hotel also has indoor courtyards with live plants and peaceful music playing for a relaxing common area. The only thing I would say needs improving is general upgrades. The carpeting in the room, the hallway, the courtyard and the skywalk to the waterpark seems very old and worn. It gives the hotel a dingy feel and definitely triggered allergies for 2 of my family members. The waterpark flooring is also terrible. It is coming apart and there are loose pieces everywhere which stick in your feet as you walk. Which is painful. Definitely bring shoes you can wear around the pool and waterslides! Especially if you are diabetic or have circulation issues."

"The site was very clean and well maintained. It was very pricey, but the views of the Falls made it worth every penny. The only issue was the elevator waits. But in the end, it was a great first impression of Canada for me and my family"

"Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience."

"Staff are very nice. Location is amazing and the prices are reasonable. I like that they have a nice variety of room types, we chose a superior room and had 2 queen beds, a sofa/living room area and a large entranceway."

"Very convenient for families with kids . Waterpark and arcade right inside the hotel to keep them entertained. We really enjoyed the waterpark. Really surrounded by nice restaurants and the best was the kochi Japanese restaurant that’s across the hotel . The staff friendly too. Hotel cost fair as well. Bathroom needs upgrade though . Overall , I would come back with family"
