“The stay was above superior with amenities such as free pontoon rides, happy hour with wine and cheese, as well as all day fruit bowl and evening cookies. All part of the stay. Breakfast is served restaurant style either in their seating area or outside in many scenic areas to choose from. This place is local to the main town with many places to walk, including the beach. The hotel also offers free bikes to ride locally to enjoy this beautiful bayside town. Worth every dollar.”

“We reserved 2 rooms a month ago, asked to be nearby instead were on 2 different floors. Room 2 had sand in the sheets and dirt on cover. Called front desk, was given new sheets, wrong size and had to change ourselves since room cleaning gone for day. Front desk should have offered to change the bed!! Other room was fine. Breakfast was really good, very well kept up with refills. Breakfast room could have been bigger.”

The bathroom was a little shabby but the bed was comfortable and clean and the woman at the desk was really nice and friendly. The AC also worked well.”

“Our experience at this impressive property was exceptional, from start to finish. The host (Utopia Property Management) was responsive to all of questions and requests. We had booked an extended stay during the holidays so inclement weather was a possibility. A snow shovel and ice melt was provided on day of arrival.
