Communication was great leading up to check-in which went smoothly. The house was clean and the kitchen had appliances, along with plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware to use. The location is great- a short drive to the beach which was amazing. It was a quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to restaurants and shopping in Niantic.

I liked how all of the necessities were provided by the owner and more. They had everything from toothpaste to deodorants to fresh coffee beans with a grinder in case you’d like some coffee. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind. Thank you.

Great cottage!

This well maintained cottage in Niantic was clean, cozy and comfortable. While we didn’t have an opportunity to cook, the kitchen was well equipped. The house plants and great selection of books was a nice touch. The owners Bob & Jill were very accessible. We would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant neighborhood with great ocean access.

Being before 4th of July weekend it was very peaceful and we enjoyed several encounters with local wild life deer and shore birds of many feathers. Beautiful well appointed home with many wonderful features, wildflower entryway, complete eat in kitchen, comfortable living room with vaulted ceiling, relaxing setup bedroom’s, walk in shower and large sink surface area, rocking front porch and large backyard with patio.
