This house suited our needs for a place to stay while attending a nearby family reunion. Communication and check in were great and the house is very comfortable (very nice mattresses, sheets, pillows).

Pros: communication with property owner was very good and check-in process was easy; location of cottage was convenient to I95 and just a few minutes from Rocky Neck State Park and beach. Comfortable furniture and mattresses, quiet neighborhood.Cons: no top sheets for the beds; no dressers or chests of drawers in the bedrooms; very low water pressure in master bath shower and loose fixtures; yard and decks littered with dead leaves and debris from the trees, same with deck furniture and cushions. Outdoor spaces need attention, including the soiled American flag in the front.
