  • Atypical fisherman's house in a quiet alley, in the heart of Cros de Cagnes, 100m from the beach and close to shops. Possibility 5euros parking space per day secure in the basement 100m.
    The house consists of a main room with kitchen open to the living room. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a room with bed 2 places.
    upstairs mezzanine with a large bedroom with bathroom and toilet.
    possibility of an additional bed with extra bed for child and a cot.
    Outside you can enjoy a beautiful shaded terrace with barbecue.

We were greeted by Marie and were made to feel right at home. The property has been wonderfully renovated and has been carefully decorated with her artistic flair. Marie provides lots of little extras - beach towels, shopping cart etc that go a long way to making the stay a true delight. I would be more than happy to recommend this bnb and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The rating 10/10 is absolutely correct: We stayed the third time in this nice house and enjoyed it.Marie is a lovely person and quite focused on the well-beeing of guests. The quality of the house is excellent, the surrounding is quite silent (except the birds) and you are within minutes in the small city with food markets, icecream-shops, whatever you want.Not to forget the beach!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at Atypical fisherman's house. Marie is a wonderful hostess and the location to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping is only a block away. The town of Cagnes Sur Mer is adorable and has the perfect "small village in the French Riveria" feel we were looking for. We mostly used Uber to get to Nice and Eze, but the train is within a walkable distance and the airport is close by. The house is super clean and organized. Marie has everything you could possibly need. We would definitely return and can't wait to plan our next trip!

Absolutely fantastic! Cannot praise Marie’s house enough. We stay in many rental houses and this is the best! Spotlessly clean, excellent linens and towels, comfy beds, more equipment than you could ever need, quiet, beautifully furnished, so near to the shops and the beach. It’s absolutely perfect. And Marie is a truly lovely lady. If you are visiting this area you must stay here!

Séjour très agréable

Logement très confortable, très bien situé, très bien équipé. La propriétaire est charmante et à l’écoute. De plus la possibilité du parking est un plus non négligeable dans cette zone où le stationnement est payant partout. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Sublime apartment in Cagnes Sur Mer near Nice

This accommodation is one of the best we have stayed in along the Cote d’Azure. It has everything and more! So many extras that made our stay perfect. Thank you Marie, your home is perfect for a relaxing getaway and easily accommodated 3 adults travelling together. Cagnes Sur Mer is beautiful and so close to Nice. Our accommodation was one street back from the beach, amazing. And so tastefully renovated.

Hidden gem by the sea.

My husband and I were on our first trip to Europe and had the pleasure of renting Jaques and Marie's cottage. It was beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen including homemade preserves and coffee. Martini and Jaques were very welcoming but not intrusive. The location was perfect - two blocks from the beach and plenty of restaurants close by.

Super séjour dans un super logement

Petite maison de pêcheur rénovée avec goût, moderne, tout confort. Logement très bien équipé, agréable, idéalement situé (proximité tous commerces et plage), et au calme dans une charmante petite rue fleurie. Correspond à la description du site. One of the best places in the Nice area

Marie is a wonderful host. Our plane arrived late and it was dark and raining, but she was there to meet us as soon as we walked to our place. Very comfortable bed, good shower and everything you need. We really loved the area. Bakery, markets, restaurants, and the beach within a block or two. A bus stop is close so you can easily get to central Nice.

Un petit coin de paradis au bord de mer

J'ai séjourné dans cette maison avec ma fille de 15 ans. La maison est décorée avec soin et elle est très bien équipée. Sa proximité avec les commerces et la plage fait que nous avons pu nous promener et faire nos courses facilement. La rue est calme et la maison agréable à vivre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Un grand merci à Marie qui est très disponible et aux petits soins !
