- Contemporary villa in the residential areas of Vence on a beautiful and large plot of 2800 m² bordered by a Mediterranean garden and comprising a swimming pool with views of the sea and the surrounding hills. Enjoying good sunshine, all the rooms open onto the terraces through large windows. The interiors are bright, elegant and offer high-end services. This villa comprises: a large living room with fireplace and large fitted kitchen opening onto the swimming pool.
All the bedrooms are upstairs, open onto the balcony, view of the garden, swimming pool and sea. 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower and WC, a shower room and a shared toilet for the other two bedrooms.
