This hotel is in a great location with a lovely view from the room, It also provides a nice breakfast, the staff were very helpful throughout and particularly accommodating regarding a late check out due to the bad weather which was much appreciated. I would recommend for a short stay!

Tiny room, no room for two suitcases. If looking for restaurants, go out the front door and turn left towards the marina or Nice Airport. Most important: comfortable bed.

1er mauvaise surprise le parking est payant 19 euros la nuit … 2eme, un carreau cassé juste devant la salle de bain de quoi se blesser, d'autre part la commande de douche en mode italienne cassée , chambre propre sinon et pour finir le jour du check out , j'avais prolonger d'une nuit avec le collaborateur du responsable le soir , avec petit déjeuner inclus, le lendemain matin le responsable m'indique que nous devons payés en plus 40 euros par personne (80eur à 2 pour les petits déjeuners) et que c'était indiqué sur l'ordinateur me prenant pour un crétin au passage ce qui était un peu insultant, méthode commerciale très très discutable . endroit à fuir , je recommande pas du tout

La personne au niveau de l’accueil était sympathique. Mais je trouve qu’elle n’a pas donné suffisamment d’informations. Exemple le code wi-fi exemple où se trouvait la salle du petit déjeuner. The accommodations we received were not as advertised on the website: The pictures displayed online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property nor the room provided. Several amenities were broken, there was mold, water damage, debris, and the overall state of the room was far below the standard represented online. I have attached photos documenting the condition of the room to illustrate the discrepancies.

Brilliant location, we maintained and tastefully designed. We were in the fsmily suite, which was modren with a big sea facing balcony, just as we expected. Promanade and lots of dining options with 5 min walk. Staff was superb!

Un 2 étoiles tout au plus . Les chambres très petites et nous avions la chambre de luxe …. La fermeture des portes des chambres claque fort , 1 petite lampe de chevet pour l’éclairage de la chambre !!!! Des moitiés d’oreillers improbables Les rideaux tachés et la salle de bain dégage une odeur désagréable d’égouts poignet mal fixée de la porte de douche La salle de bain n’est pas très nette En résumé il faudra améliorer beaucoup de choses pour attendre le niveau du 4 étoiles Cependant bel effort pour les aménagements extérieurs. Le personnel est fort agréable.. heureusement

Great Location, Service & Product

FIRSTLY All the staff were amazing, friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable & i recommend booking sea view, balcony rooms - waking up to sea views & able to be out on balcony morning & night, adds to the experience of Cote De Azur visit;) Food in a&E restaurant was actually amazing with great service & views - highly recommend (it’s not just another “hotel” restaurant). Location wise is perfect - right between Nice & Antibes. Avoiding both very busy beaches & town. Lovely & beautiful beach clubs in walking distance. I would definitely return if i have to come back to Nice. Only con is that the bathroom sometimes (due to drainage system & AC, i guess) had very strong damp smell - but leaving balcony door open during day helped👌
