La Suite 111 is a brand new one bed flat loacted on a previous top floor of a luxurious building on the Promenade des Anglais. It offers a living room with flatscreen, a full equipped open kitchen, a king size bed bedroom with flatscreen, a shower room with toilet. You will love having your breakfast on the balcony which offers a beautiful view over the sea and the Angels Bay. All shops and beach are down the building. The Tramway stop Magnan is at 50m away and will drop you off in city center in less than 5 minutes and in Nice airport in less than 15 minutes. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice

Très bon emplacement

Appartement très propre, avec une belle vu sur la mer. Une situation idéale , la voiture n’est pas obligatoire. Nous avons passez un très bon séjour.

Nice view but...

Payment was confusing. They asked for credit card payment when I got there. No clear check in instructions. Luckily she just met us there shortly after we got there but I don’t know how she knew. I did send email from airport. Place was somewhat clean. Most places I’ve stayed have been much cleaner and better supplied. No instructions for the place like washer:dryer. We didn’t find utensils until the last day, in shelf drawer that we though was a light. Only one key set provided which was inconvenient as the 2 of us had different schedules on some days. The view from the deck was beautiful and location was very good.
