Beautiful Property, Lovely Location and Gracious Hosts

This was a beautiful place to stay. We were comfortable and secure, and everything we needed was supplied in the rental unit. It was spacious and nicely decorated, making it feel like home. The location was ideal, being close to everything we wanted to see an do, but just far enough away from the bustling activity of the Riveria, to allow us to relax in peace and quiet at the end of the day. Bernard and Uli were lovely hosts and very helpful. We enjoyed our interactions with them.I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment and superb pool - Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment with its amazing views and superb pool. The pool and outside areas were huge hits, especially for our son William (4 years old). We enjoyed many meals on the patio and spent lots of quality family time by the pool. It’s an excellent location too, close to Nice airport and great for visiting beaches and villages. Bernard and Uli were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. They were kind, friendly and helpful. We would love to stay at the apartment again if we return to the area.

We really liked this apartment in the hills

Bernard and Uli were perfect hosts. The location, in the hills between Nice and Antibes was ideal. We were 12-15 minutes from the Med and six minutes below St Paul du Vence, 18 minutes below Vence, both lovely towns to explore. The apartment was fully equipped and Bernard was very supportive. We did suggest that some under counter lights in the kitchen would be beneficial. The afternoon and evening views from our patio were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Accommodation in a Beautiful Area

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s in an excellent location and is very attractive and comfortable. The car spot is very handy and the host was very friendly and provided great tips. The pool is a real delight. Would highly recommend!

Lovely retreat

We stayed a week but wish it had been longer. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The pool is terrific especially after a morning of exploring the many beautiful nearby villages. Bernard and Uli are gracious hosts. We thouroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Bernard and Uli were perfect hosts, ver friendly and helpful. The apartment was great, as the weather was so hot the AC was a necessity! The best bit was the private pool - it was fantastic! We will definitely return if we are holidaying in the area.

Lovely apartment in a central location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our hosts were welcoming, and on hand if we needed to ask for help with anything. We couldn’t fault the apartment, and the air conditioning was most welcome and very efficient. Would recommend it to family and friends. Die Ferienwohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, insbesondere haben wir den sehr schönen Pool genossen. Hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber: Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Tipps für Ausflüge brauchten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Sehr Ruhige Wohnung ohne Strassenlärm

Uli und Bernard sind überragend, immer erreichbar, und doch unsichtbar. Die Wohnung ist für zwei bis vier Personen geräumig genug. Alle Räume mit Klimaanlage, die so leise ist das man sie auch Nachts nicht hört.Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Nachts herrscht absolute Ruhe. Die Küche ist bedarfsgerecht ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Traum, es entsteht der Eindruck das jeden morgen der Poolservice da war, immer sauber und Glasklar. Wir kommen wieder.P.S. Wir hatten ein gesundheitliches Problem und können ehr kein Französisch. Bernard hat mich in sein Auto geladen, zum Arzt, zum Labor und zur Apotheke gefahren und hat alles übersetzt. Noch einmal Vielen Dank dafür.

Wieder ein toller Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Uli und Bernard in ihrer tollen Ferienwohnung, und es war genauso gut wie beim ersten Besuch vor 3,5 Jahren. Auch im Frühsommer ist Nizza und die Umgebung absolut eine Reise wert. Bei Uli und Bernard blühen dann alle Bäume, Büsche und Hecken und es riecht überall nach Provence. Wir hatten noch dazu richtig Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir auch den Pool wieder richtig ausgenutzt haben. Wir können nur wieder sagen: eine ganz tolle Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage mit supernetten Gastgebern - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Katrin und Stefan aus Hamburg

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Uli und Bernard empfangen. Die Wohnung mit Pool ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr sauber - alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Bedingt durch Corona haben wir die Ruhe des Appartments genossen. Man ist trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen, zur Küste sind es 15 Minuten. Weitere Ausflugsziele sind mit einer kurzen Autofahrt zu erreichen. Zu den, in anderen Bewertungen erwähnten, Zielen blieb uns die Fahrt mit dem Dampfzug des Train des Pignes von Pudget-Theniers nach Annot in Erinnerung. Bereits die Anfahrt zum Bahnhof durchs Hinterland ist sehr beeindruckend. Euch alles Gute, gerne kommen wir wieder. VIele Grüße aus Oberbayern. Familie R.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einer faszinierenden Umgebung

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden von Ulrike und Bernhard herzlich willkommen geheißen, danach wurde und der Außen-und Innenbereich gezeigt. Der Außenbereich ist mit einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Pool mit vielen Liege-und auch Sitzgmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr reizend und naturbelassen. Auch das Innere war für uns optimal und gut ausgestattet. In einer knappen halben Stunde sind die schönen Strände zu erreichen, auch Städte wie Nizza, Cannes, Grasse, sind in der Nähe und einen Besuch wert. Auch Monaco ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und ein Besuch lohnt sich. Das Hinterland ist traumhaft schön mit einer beeindruckenden Landschaft. Wir waren begeistert. Ganz besonders hat uns Saint Paul de Vence mit den kleinen Gassen und tollen Restaurants mit atemberaubender Aussicht gefallen. Bernhard und Ulrike sprechen auch deutsch, sind herzlich mit formvollendeten Manieren und waren diskret und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und können das Anwesen zu 100 %weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße aus dem Sauerland nach La Colle sur loup.

Ein Traumfleckchen

Die Ferienwohnung war ordentlich und besitzt alles, was man benötigt. Es ist wirklich alles sehr liebevoll und mit Blick auf Details eingerichtet. Supermärkte sind in 5-10 min. erreichbar. Der Pool war für uns, das absolute Highlight und war auch super sauber. Alles in allem ein kleines Örtchen, wo man einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Vielen lieben Danke Uli et Bernard für diese wunderbare Woche. Ihr seid ganz feine und liebenswürdige Menschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Uli, lieber Bernard! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Eurem wundervollen Appartment sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt für uns: Die Lage, die Gegend, die Räumlichkeiten, Ihr als Gastgeber und - natürlich - der Pool! :) Nach einer Woche bei Euch waren wir wirklich restlos erholt. Traumhafte Woche an der Côte d'Azur

Entspannt mit großzügigem Pool, schön und ruhig gelegen

Uli und Bernard sind äußerst nette und zurückhaltende Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Garten und Pool. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und man kann einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Die Küche ist etwas dürftig ausgestattet, wir haben das eine oder andere Glas vermisst und das Besteck wird schnell knapp, wenn man gerne vor Ort kocht und isst. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt und alles ist so wie es sein soll. Der Pool ist gepflegt und wir haben ihn mehrmals am Tag benutzt. Nach La Colle sur Loup sind es mit dem Rad wenige Minuten etwas bergab und bergauf. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind schnell und gut zu erreichen. Am Meer ist man auch sehr flott und Cagnes sur Mer hat breite lange Kiesstrände. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. <3
