Contemporary Villa - Private Domain with Pool in Saint-Paul de Vence

Pretty contemporary villa located between Nice and Cannes, at the foot of the charming village "arty" of Saint Paul de Vence.

In a private domain with common swimming pool, quiet and yet close to any convenience, 10 minutes from the sea, the ideal location for a pleasant stay with family or friends on the Cote d'Azur!


Housing

Comfortable and luminous, this pretty contemporary villa with terrace and private garden offers a space of charm with its large picture windows spread over two levels.

On the ground floor, a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, wine cellar ...) is at your disposal.

The living room is equipped with a convertible three-seater sofa with a quality bed, a designer library, TV and coffee table. The bathroom (bathtub) and an independent WC will lead you to the master bedroom with its dressing room, a large bed (160cm box spring) and French doors giving direct access to the terrace and the garden.

On the terrace you will have a large table and its 8 armchairs where you can taste your local culinary discoveries around warm and friendly meals.

At the upper level of the house, a mezzanine allows meals indoors or work on the large office. A beautiful room for 2 people and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry facilities are available in the garage.

Take the small perfumed path of the Provencal garden of the residence to cool off and relax by the pool.

The videophone and remote controls let you enter the property. Free WI-FI system in the house. Air conditioning in the rooms. Clean sheets and towels are provided for each stay. The interior of the villa is resolutely modern and decorated with care.

Ideal for families wishing to visit the region while being based in a beautiful place, quiet, offering beautiful amenities.


Access by travelers

Ideally located between the beach of Cagnes-sur-Mer and the medieval village of Saint Paul de Vence, the villa is 15 minutes from Nice airport and 5 minutes from the shops, restaurants, luxury shops and cinema of Polygone Riviera .

A 20-minute walk to the historic center of the village on the hill will offer you a spectacular view. There you will find many art galleries, painter workshops and jewelry designers. A romantic and cultural getaway!

From Cannes to the Principality of Monaco, you will fall under the charm of this beautiful region with many faces.

Italy is next door! In 1 hour time and you end up hungry at the famous market of Ventimiglia.

The neighborhood

St-Paul-de-Vence is a charming medieval village surrounded by ramparts whose lanes are very largely occupied by craftsmen. This small corner of Provence nestled in the hinterland is also known for having seen many artists: a pleiad of painters, initiators of schools of the 20th century but also writers, filmmakers, French and international stars.

Picasso, Braque, Miro, Marcel Carne or Sartre went down to the little hotel of the Colombe d'Or to stay and work there. Yves Montand liked to play pétanque on the village square, Bernard-Henri Lévy and Arielle Dombasle said yes to the Town Hall, Marc Chagall is buried here ....
