Located on the ground floor, you will find all the comforts: 51m² of living space with a pretty air-conditioned bedroom, a living room also air-conditioned with sofa bed, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine , a large terrace overlooking the interior park of the residence, the rooftop swimming pool of the residence and a garage in the basement.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The basic products in the kitchen and the bathroom will also be present so that you can take full advantage when you arrive in the accommodation.
The living room opens onto a terrace which will offer you an ideal space to share your sunny lunches or have an aperitif.
Finally do not worry about your vehicle, it will find its place in the basement of the residence in a closed box.

The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the complete accommodation.
The "Les Drapeaux" bus stop is a few minutes walk away and provides access to Antibes or Nice. Villeneuve Loubet Plage TER train station is a 20-minute walk from the residence.

Apartment located 15 minutes from Nice airport, 10 minutes from Villeneuve Loubet TER train station and 20 minutes from Antibes TGV station.
## Ratings
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. Travelers must during their stay respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
ATTENTION: the residence is extremely quiet and the co-owners are very attached to this tranquility.
Following certain excesses, any overflows disturbing the tranquility of the place will lead to a deduction from the deposit.
Please remember that late arrivals beyond 7 p.m. are possible in two ways:

- Either in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged €30 to be paid on arrival.
