The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very hot during our visit to Nice so the air conditioning was fantastic. The location was perfect. Situated near some lovely eating areas, a few blocks from the beach, the tram and the train. The old town was also walkable. Would highly recommend for location to explore Nice and other towns/cities along the coast.

Bed was hard and toilet was in a tiny cubicle and was difficult to use with toilet paper dispenser in an awkward rib poking spot. Air conditioning was very noisy and not overly cool. Large room with a couch and coffee table. Very small fridge and they supply free water, pop and juice. We stayed for two weeks and the bathroom drove me crazy. Buy your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash because theirs are awful. Short walk to the beach. TONS of restaurants nearby. They have a breakfast for 20 euros per person that was delicious with tons of options.

Loved the roof terrace and bar. The crepe station at breakfast was great, however there were flies around the other food stations and hot food selection wasn’t great. Room was tired, however the bathroom and shower were nice. Not a bad choice if you stay for a few nights.
