    Welcome to the Carré d'Or district in downtown Nice, between avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade des Anglais.

    Easily accessible and centrally located, it's a prime shopping area, home to a variety of gourmet restaurants, chic cafés and elegant brasseries. Visitors can enjoy the city center and the Mediterranean Sea.

Good, could be cozier

Clean and functional flat. Bright too. Good bed and covers, good choice of pillows. Spacious bathroom with excellent rain shower. Separate toilet (always a plus). Ok kitchen (nothing fancy). Well stocked with cleaning essentials. The location is excellent, supermarket opposite, bakeries nearby, very close to the Promenade and sea. Air-con works very well in the bedroom but is much less efficient in the living room. The flat is not cozy at all, it’s extremely bland, no decoration, no photos or other art on the walls, seventies furniture. This is an expensive flat, some of the cheaper Nestor & Jeeves flats I’ve rented are much more inviting and cozy than this one. There was only one inventory photo in the app, which makes it impossible to verify the conditions.
