Great Location, view, management

So convenient to transportation, shops including groceries, wine, Boulangerie, Mediterranean swimming. Although on a multi bus route we were high off the street. Across from a relaxing park. There was a nice little balcony to enjoy fresh air and dine. The refrigerator & freezer were surprisingly large; not evident from the photos. The sleeping area had a sliding wall to close off the living room, not a door. More like what we call a L-shaped studio in NYC. Photos obscured this. The hosting staff reacted quickly to our electrical problem.

Cold and uncomfortable

We stayed for 4 weeks. We were not given a blanket, only a light weight throw that didn’t even cover the bed. We had to go out and purchase a blanket the next day. We told them about it but still no blanket. If you want clean sheets or more than 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel you have to pay. There are no towel racks in the bathroom. Better for short stays. My friend who lives in Nice told us she often sees people standing in front of the office at lunch time waiting for the office staff. Better to have them arrange transfers. Probably cost more but they take you to pick up the keys and drop them off.

Rue bien trop bruyante (jour et nuit) • Chambre : Pas de rangement pour les vêtements dans la chambre Lit trop petit/trop court pour deux personnes - pas confortable Etagères gênantes entre le mur de la chambre et celui de la salle de bain. Problèmes de prises dans la chambre (lampe de chevet) – mauvais contact (dangereux) • Salle de bain : Rideau de douche sale Serrure dans la salle de bain – danger d’éraflures. La surface du lavabo n'est pas plane. Gouttes d'eau et fuite. • Cuisine : Plaque du four graisseuse - pas propre (pas lavée). Insectes dans la cuisine (cafards) • Salle de séjour : Grande horloge ne fonctionnant pas Table du salon bancale Pied du canapé (dos) de travers + tâches sur deux coussins Changer les instructions pour la nouvelle climatisation dans le guide en ligne Trou pour la climatisation dans la fenêtre de droite du salon à faire fermer (conduit de l’ancienne climatisation)
