SUITE ROYAL LUXEMBOURG is a unique 1 bedroom apartment located on the Promenade des Anglais in the only building in the city center with rooftop pool.



You will be charmed by the location: the Royal Luxembourg is located in the residence of the same name, a few meters from the beaches and the sea. In addition, on the roof of the residence, you will have access to a swimming pool with views panoramic view of the sea. This is one of the most famous buildings in the city center.



The apartment has a free internet WIFI connection by fiber optic

Located on the Promenade des Anglais, you will be in the heart of the Golden Square of Nice. You will be only a few meters from the beach and the sea, as well as the pedestrian street and its restaurants.

In addition, by joining Place Masséna just 5 minutes walk, you will have access to the Avenue Jean Médecin and its many shops, or the Old Town, ideal place to test all the specialties of Nice.



A few meters from the apartment you will find a bus stop, allowing you to easily move around Nice. By joining the Avenue Jean Médecin, you will have access to the tramway.



SUITE ROYAL LUXEMBOURG is arranged as follows:



LIVING ROOM :

Large living room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people for sleeping, and a flat screen TV.



KITCHEN :

Open kitchen overlooking the living room with a table for four people. Equipped with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.



BEDROOM :

Consists of a double bed and many storage.



BATHROOM :

Has a shower, toilet and a hairdryer.



SWIMMING POOL AND CLUB HOUSE:

A Club House on the top floor of the building is available all year round. It offers you a beautiful terrace with a panoramic sea view.

A swimming pool is also present on the roof of the building (open from May 1st to October 15: opening dates and times are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Hours : 6:00 am to 10 pm)). It is accessible to all residents of the building.

It’s a 2-3 star apartment in a great location.. Management and getting keys etc is really good. No A/C (fans provided).

The apartment location is excellent. Rooftop pool is very nice and has an amazing view… but staying inside the apartment was almost unbearable, because of absence of the air conditioner. Otherwise the apartment was nice and clean. Would be nice for the early spring or fall stay.

Wohnung war treckig als wir gekommen sind, durch online Rezeption schwierig dann jemanden organisiert zu bekommen der das Zimmer reinigt. Erst 2 Tage danach ist jemand gekommen, bei der Dusche war der Abfluss kaputt -> wenn man duschen war, war die ganze Wohnung überschwemmt.

This was the worst place we stayed. First, the bed squeaked every time you rolled over, there was dirt underneath the bed, no fans whatsoever in the middle of July (no ac) and after requesting fans, it took an entire day and wasn’t until the evening that we received it. We could not open windows because fruit flies were taking over the apartment and the noise level outside would prevent us from sleeping at night. No screens to prevent fruit flies from coming in. The door to get into the apartment or so incredibly challenging that only one member of our party could open it. When leaving , we observed another apartment that had all the hinges and door knob taken off as a result of frustration of trying to get into the apartment. The furniture including coffee table was broken, heater falling off the wall and the rest of the apartment looked like 2nd hand furniture. Beware there were no amenities whatsoever! One tiny roll of toilet paper and we were responsible for all of it. Communication was through an app which prevented one to one contact and could not even communicate until 10:00 am. I suggest a deep clean, ac or fans as website was dishonest and a bed that is not out of a box. Unfortunately, we were ready to leave Nice because of our horrible 3rd world living accommodations. Completely unacceptable for the French Rivera.

J'adore vivre sur la Promenade des Anglais face à la mer Méditerranée. Pour moi, c'est un rêve que j'ai depuis des années. Ce sont les mêmes eaux dans lesquelles naviguaient les Phéniciens, les Minoens, les Grecs et les Romains. Elle continue de me tenir sous son charme. C'est la mer autour de laquelle tant de belles histoires se sont créées.

Meget sentral beliggenhet. Takterrassen med basseng var fantastisk. Dessverre manglet leiligheten aircondition slik at det ble svært varmt - spesielt på kvelden og natten. Viftene som stod i leiligheten klarte bare i begrenset grad å forhindre varmen.

Nous etions au carre d or .avec sur le toit une chouette piscine avec une vue incroyable ! L appartement plus que fonctionnel avec une bonne literie. De plus très joli. Un seul hic le bruit.les enfants fatigues de leurs journee mer soleil dormaient très vite.pour les parents plus difficile les voitures l activité humaine faisaient un bruit de fond permanent jusqu à l aube. Hormis cela formidable.
