The apartment is close to the Boulevard des Anglais and has a view of the Mediterranean! There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a nice place to stay.

Best location!

My husband and I stayed in this well located, spacious apartment for four nights in early May. Anthony (owner) and Corinne (property manager) clearly communicated all details with us including how to get to the apartment from the airport on the tram. The apartment was just as described with minimalist, comfortable furniture, modern bathrooms and kitchen and a balcony with an incredible view. We could walk or take the tram everywhere we wanted to go in Nice. There were multiple restaurants, boulangeries and a Carrefour grocery within blocks of the apartment. There are several Nannybag locations close to the apartment in case you arrive before checkin like we did. I we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Nice.

Great location, very safe, nicely updated

We had a wonderful stay in Anthony’s apartment. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is nicely updated, especially the bathrooms. The windows block noise well and the air conditioner works very well. We building needs some updating but felt safe. Anthony was very communicative and had great restaurant suggestions.

You will love Nice, too!

We stayed 8 nights in this very comfortable and clean apartment. There are two full bathrooms with great walk-in showers. It is very safe and secure with two forms of entry - an iron gate and a heavy glass door. The elevator is fast and all lighting outside the apartment comes on with sensors. The sea and the grand Promenade is across the street. We walked every morning and evening. Anthony responded immediately to any questions. The kitchen is well stocked. FYI - the machine only washes clothes, you use a rack to dry them. We did fine!

Wonderful stay

A friend and I stayed at Anthony's apartment for a week in Nice. The location of the apartment was spectacular. We could walk to everything and it was a safe area with lots of restaurants and public transport near by. The apartment was very clean. Communication after booking until returning home was fantastic. Anthony and Corrine were always there to help with any questions, directions, or needs. Had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Anthony and Corrine!

Fantastic Location

Great apartment in central location!

Great location near beach, several shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. AC worked great throughout the apartment! Very clean, easy check in and out, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, and awesome balcony with great view! Anthony was great with communication. Excellent Apartment

This lovely two-bedroom, two-bath, in Nice is in a great location. The apartment itself is very nice, with everything that you need for a nice stay. Plus, it's in a good location, right off of the Boulevard de l'Anglais a ten-minute walk from Old Town. I would stay here again.

A Gem in Nice

This is a really great apartment. Perfectly clean, good beds and all necessary amenities. The view and proximity to the sea is the piece de resistance. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the water and waves. We walked everywhere. Groceries and many restaurants were nearby. We followed our host’s recommendation to take a boat trip for a day’s outing in Monaco. Anthony was very attentive to our needs and Corinne welcomed us and gave the orientation. We highly recommend this apartment which made our stay in Nice most enjoyable.

Wonderful experience

Aside from the perfect location near the coast and close to shopping and restaurants, this property is comfortable, clean and as described. The two bathrooms are modern and beautifully tiled. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with instructions for appliances mostly in English. The deck is small but functioned well for breakfasts and happy hours. The apartment is air conditioned, which is a real perk as the summer weather extended through our week in September. We appreciated the host and his clear communications with us prior to and during our stay. For three senior women travelers, this apartment is safe and we felt very comfortable in the neighborhood.

Great location

Perfect location for walking to everything. Building needs some work with paint peeling in hallways. Problem with elevator made it difficult for my husband since we were on the 3rd floor. More than 1 towel per person would be nice, these need an upgrade. Corrine was fantastic at check in.

5-star apartment near the Promenade des Anglais

Anthony's apartment was the perfect place for our week in Nice. The location is great, just off the Promenade des Anglais and a block from rue de France, which is full of restaurants and shops. And just a short walk from Place Massena and Vieux Nice, which is even more full of restaurants and shops. There are a couple of small grocery stores nearby, and a bigger one about 3 blocks west. The place was very clean. We were impressed by the efficiency of the kitchen and bathrooms. After spending 2 weeks in France at a variety of hotels, all of which had complicated and different bathroom showers, it was a delight to have the showers here--easy to use, great water pressure and temperature, and no splashing water all over the floor. The bedrooms are not overlarge--just big enough for a queen-size bed--but there was some storage in each. The living room/dining area was spacious and light. Even though the street outside can be noisy, closing the windows meant quiet inside. And you can't beat the view of the bay. Corinne met us at checkin and checkout and explained everything clearly. It was great to have the users' manuals for the appliances in both French and English--even though we didn't cook any during our stay, it was good to know we had backup in figuring things out. Anthony provided much pre-trip information and both he and Corinne followed up during our stay to make sure things are perfect. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location

The apartment is located in a wonderful little neighborhood right across from the ocean. Cute stores and restaurants surround it. Everything was within walking distance. The host communicated very well how to get there and the check-in instructions. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again!
