located on the top floor of a 4-story building with 8 apartments in total, in a closed and secure private park.
Quiet just 3 minutes walk from the beach.
Enjoy a magnificent sunset every evening over the Mediterranean Sea, the Castle Hill and the airport from the living room or the terrace!
The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay by the sea, whether for a few relaxing days or a week's vacation.
Accommodation 2-room apartment of approximately 48m² on the top floor facing the sea, quiet in a secure, closed private park.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique appartement situé au dernier étage avec ascenseur, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 5 minutes à pied du port et de la plage, dans un quartier calme et agréable.
