"The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to everything required for the holiday. The staff were all very helpful and adviced about the things to do locally. Good local knowledge. The pool area was very clean and the kids had a blast as it was only them using it for the hour allocated. The rooms may need upgrading a little bit with deco and flooring Bathroom was clean. Overall good, would have been excellent if the room deco was updated."

The were leaving before the breakfast start time on our last day but the staff there made arrangements early so that we could have the breakfast before we left. "The location of this hotel is ideal as it is close to the beach and the train station. The staff is always pleasant and ready to serve. The hotel would need a refresh as its age is showing with dated rooms, old carpets in the rooms and common areas, elevators, decor, etc. Although the bed was a king size, the mattress is not comfortable and the air conditioning is not efficient considering the hot weather in Nice. We have been at this hotel in the past and would only return knowing that renovations are completed to truly rate it as a 4-star hotel. If you are planning to stay there, you would need to accept some of the deficiencies during your visit."
