I had an air conditioner problem with my room, so the manager approved moving me to a bigger room with no extra charge. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are nice and clean, and I'd definitely come back again.

The location was just what I wanted - all the places in Nicosia I wanted to visit were within a reasonable walk - the art gallery and museum were 20 minutes walk, the Old Town about 30, the crossing to North Nicosia about 40, and best of all the municipal park with peacocks, and river walk were only 10 minutes away. There were also nice restaurants and bars just accross the road. The main bus station for the airport was about 3 miles away so it needed another bus or taxi to get there and once you are in the taxi you might as well go all the way to the airport.

The room we were in was terrible. The bed was broken, do sleeping was a challenge. The curtains were to short so a lot of light in the room at first light. No safe and the notice from outside was very loud (no windows with noice reduction). Warm water in the shower took at least 3’ to kick in. Breakfast options were decent. No dinner facility available.

Disappointing.

There were no towels in the room on arrival. When we asked for some, 3 hand towels were delivered. The following day we managed to receive some bath towels which were so old and thin it was barely worth it. There was also no drinking water available and when we asked for some, we were charged for bottles. There is nothing “boutique” about this hotel. The only saving grace is the staff who were welcoming and friendly.

Some staff were stellar others could care less. Approached front desk first night asking for my TV audio to be fixed for English channels. Could care less, next day told by lovely lady it would be still waiting. Never happened Rooms smell musty and moldy Beds are gross no mattress cover one thin sheet, beds are ancient and hard and a thin fleece blanket that my dogs wouldn’t even use was provided. It’s gross period

More expensive than anticipated

Parking was included in the hotel price. However, when we arrived, the tiny parking lot was full. The receptionist said we could park just outside the area and even pointed at the exact spot. The day after, we had gotten a parking ticket, and they refused to pay for it (even though they guaranteed parking in their ad).

Small uncomfortable single bed, air conditioning didn’t work, stuffy bathroom, dated and tired furniture, scratchy towels. Safe didn’t work, I asked twice for it to be fixed, never was. No WiFi in the fourth floor despite repeated requests the front desk personnel were not helpful. With other options around the area I would not stay there again.

Not as advertised!!!!

No bar as advertised!! No snack or deli as advertised!! Beds very uncomfortable and pillows need to be changed. Very stuffy in the room as the air con was not switched on at main point. Couldn’t open the window as room on road side which was very noisy. Although in a decent location would not stay here again.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer groß und absolut sauber. Großer Nachteil: es war vom Fahrtlärm der Straße dermaßen laut, dass ich keine Nacht gut schlafen konnte. Die Lage ist soweit ok, man sollte aber vorher wissen, dass der nächste Supermarkt/Pub einfach 1,5 Kilometer entfernt liegen und das Zentrum nochmal 300 Meter weiter entfernt liegt. Dafür sind der Preis inklusive Frühstück trotzdem ziemlich gut.

親切でいいホテル

３泊の滞在中、１日だけ掃除をしてもらいました。 とても丁寧に片付けてくれた印象があります。 街の中心からは少し離れていますが、出張先に近かったので問題はありませんでした。 もしまたニコシアに行くことがあれば、第一の候補になると思います。
