“La habitación es muy grande, limpia y linda, las camas muy confortables. La piscina en perfectas condiciones, y horario de uso incluso hasta las 10 pm, entonces se puede disfrutar en la noche. “Comfortable place. Two beds in the room, that was unexpected. Nice. Staff need to be more attentive when . Serving and at the bar. But free breakfast was very good. Great beach, one of the best I have been in Costa Rica. Affordable. I don’t know if they have any beach chairs, I didn’t asked. There are none available at the beach except for the next door resort which they don’t rent. There are different activities offered by other businesses.”

“I loved the short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and hardly anyone was on the beach. Also saw some monkeys in the trees out back of the property. The food was good, we only ate there twice. We had several drinks each night at the bar. Loved the location being so close to several sodas. Road to the lodge was rough but all the roads were pretty rough. Make sure if you book this through Expedia they have your flight landing in Liberia not San Jose, we lost two days due to SJO being our……

“Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. Everyone from all over the world staying there, all having breakfast/supper together was spectular. The owners are everyday people willing to help you out with everything they made the stay so enjoyable. “This hotel was quite nice. I really enjoyed the curtained space outside of my room. The fan helped keep the bugs away, but the noise from the road was quite loud. The location is off the main road coming into town, so there a lot of cars during the day. The pool was nice, but it was always very buggy around it.”

“The room was in the basement with no hot water, small, and dark. The pool was the size of a large bathtub, and all small clean little prison compound. It would of suffice for a night or two, for about a 1/4 of the price i paid. But at $160 a night, it sucked. Worst hotel.com place ive ever stayed in Costa Rica.”
