“Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day. They could’ve had more restaurants open. Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet. There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers. It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room……

“The hotel was located close to restaurants, cafes, and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the room, very comfy bed and cold AC. The empanadas, smoothies, and coffee were great!!”

“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “Staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. Aerial yoga class was lot of fun and the instructor was knowledgeable. Hotel amenities were beautiful and had everything you need. Highly recommended!”
