La petite attention du bonbon au caramel. Micro onde a disposition tres appréciable. Le personnel et tres souriant et agreable, attentionné. La literie etait parfaite et tres belle salle de bain, gel douche qui sent tres bon. Nous reviendrons avec grd plaisir」

「Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. 」

「The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time.」

「Chambre très propre.... malgré le décor des années 70. trop sympa. nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner. village très calme stationnement facile juste devant l'hôtel. les propriétaires sont très gentilles et serviables. nous recommandons fortement et ne manquerons pas de revenir dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochain passage」

「櫃台的服務很親切 對於飯店內的設施及規定都簡單快速的以流利的英文提供給旅客,客房舒適 床鋪軟硬適中,可惜早上一大早6點不知是否有人誤觸火災警報時 比較晚有服務人員出來解釋讓全飯店的旅客疏散在外吹冷風,在這方面有需要再改善一下 但整體而言這家旅館還是很值得來入住」
