"Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages. When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to a room change. Shout out to the hotels.com team for that. In general the hotel is new and clean. To use the pool the require swimming caps, which they charge another EUR 5 for , and if you want to use the hot tub, it is another EUR 35 for the reservation. So we rarely saw anyone use any of the facilities. The breakfast was quite good, but tables and floor are often not cleaned. Overall the hotel is good because it is new , but service and amenities were disappointing. "

"酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！ 房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！"
