Las fotos no hacen justicia! Mucho mejor de lo esperado!

Todo el proceso de reserva, pago y entrega de llaves fue perfecto. La estancia nos sorprendió gratamente, un chalet adosado espacioso, limpio y bien conservado. Su emplazamiento es magnífico, y la urbanización muy acogedora. En resumen, una estancia maravillosa! Gracias a Marina, Adela y Domingo por brindarnos esta grata experiencia.

Schönes Haus

Insgesamt hat das Haus einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Manche Gegenstände sind älter und nicht mehr in gutem Zustand (Armaturen, Wäschestände...). Es war wenig Bettwäsche da und keine Oberbetten, daher war es ziemlich kalt nachts. Leider war der Pool die ganze Zeit geschlossen. Alles in Allem aber ein schönes Haus.

Vacaciones ideales

La casa está fenomenal. Muy amplia, mucho espacio exterior para disfrutar las comidas. Las camas muy cómodas. Muy buena la piscina y muy bien organizado el protocolo anti Covid. Cerca de la playa y se puede ir andando a todos sitios. Playas espectaculares muy cerca. Un acierto llevarme la bici para hacer rutas con la bici.

Mejor de lo esperado

La casa es perfecta para alojar hasta a 6 adultos. Además, creo que las fotos no le hacen justicia. La casa está perfectamente equipada, con todo lo necesario tanto para nosotros como para nuestro bebé (tienen cuna, trona, batidoras para hacer los purés...). La piscina prácticamente para nosotros solos. La única pega es la distancia a la playa (algo más de 5 minutos andando), pero para nosotros no era problema porque nos gusta ir cada día a una playa distinta. Además, desde San José se puede llegar caminando a Los Genoveses en una media hora.

Estupenda casa

La casa está fenomenal. Tiene 3 terrazas. Por las tardes, en la terraza superior corre un aire muy agradable que permite estar muy a gusto cuando abajo hace calor. En cuanto a menaje, secador, la casa dispone de todo lo necesario. La piscina muy agradable. Debido al Covid-19 tienen un protocolo estricto (pueden usarla un máximo de 4 personas a la vez por vivienda, hay que apuntarse, etc.) pero al no haber mucha gente, no hemos tenido ningún problema. La casa queda a 5 minutos andando de la playa y centro de San José. A 15 minutos andando se encuentra Cala Higuera, pequeña cala donde se puede bucear y ver cientos de peces. Las playas Genoveses, Monsul, Barranquilla fenomenales.

Beautiful Villa just 5 minutes from the beach

Firstly, Pedro was a great host (without actually meeting him). He called us to make we had landed alright and to make sure we knew how to get to the Villa. He helped us with any questions and was very flexible with the check out time (ideal as we had a 1 year old who needed a late morning nap). The Villa is a perfect size, with 4 terraces (ideal for getting the sun all day), two bathrooms, and 3 good bedroom. The villa is in a classic Spanish 'country' style, but with a dishwasher and good air conditioning. Unfortunately, the pool area was receiving maintenence when we were there but it looked like a nice area which you can see from the top terrace. However, the sandy beach being a few minutes away meant we could go for a nice dip in the sea. The town has plenty of bars and restaurants which were open despite the late season. Also, was well stocked supermarket round the corner and a surprisingly good Indian restaurant. Overall would highly recommend.

Spacious, well-equipped, homely villa in beautiful location

The photographs on the website do not do this villa justice, we were delighted with the amount of space and lovely home from home interior. The owners paintings and locally handmade pots, add to the style and homely ambience. Outside the villa has 4 separate seating areas, providing areas for sunbathing, eating and shelter on windy days. Watching the changing landscape from the roof terrace as the sun rose and set on the surrounding hills was magical. The villa backs on to the communal swimming pool which is beautifully kept. I used the pool everyday and most of the time had the pool to myself, being so close was like having our own pool. We could just pop out with our costumes on and towel without having to get dressed and walk through the estate as people in villas further away had to. The opening times are frustrating if, like me you like an early swim, as it doesn't open until 11am, but l expect that will be a good thing in the height of summer when it will be busy as you will be able to have a noise free lie in! Similarly the pool closes for a couple of hours at siesta time and for the evening at 7pm so you won't be troubled by noise in the evening. San José is a lovely seaside village, the villa is on the outskirts but is only a 10 minute stroll to the centre. There are enough bars and restaurants to give plenty of choice over a fortnight's holiday, if you like Indian food, we would thoroughly recommend the Indian restaurant next to the villa complex, if you go out of season as we did, during the week not all the restaurants are open but the Indian restaurant was open every night. We would recommend hiring a car for your stay as the surrounding countryside and beaches are stunning. There are also plenty of walks from the villa, it's worth walking up the hill to the rear of the villa to the old beacon and on to the next bay, very steep at the start but wonderful views from the top. A brilliant place to stay, we thoroughly recommend it and hope to return in the future.

Excelente!!!

Hemos estado en el puente de Mayo muy a gusto. La casa está muy bien ubicada, se puede ir andando al centro del pueblo y a la playa. Supermercado pegado a la urbanización. La casa muy acogedora y limpia. Por poner un pero serían las camas, un poco pequeñas para un adulto pero definitivamente muy recomendable.

Lovely house with lot of space near the sea and village

Very nice big house with good equipment , lovely roof terrace. On walking distance from the village centre and a beach, for the great beaches like Genoveses and Monsul you need a car.Very nice and big swimmingpool near the house. The house is decorated with lot of nice paintings made by the owner.

Estancia muy agradable en zona muy tranquila.

Estuvimos muy cómodos 4 personas (mi familia de 2 hijos pequeños). La casa es tal como se ve en las fotografías, con 2 patios y una terraza muy grande y relajante, habiendo muebles de jardín en todas las zonas exteriores. La piscina te la encuentras sólo salir de la casa. Esta muy cerca de la playa (5 minutos). El dueño y encargada atienden bien las necesidades que puedan surgir. Muy recomendable.

excellent situation et conforme aux attentes

Très belle maison spacieuse et propre. Tout y était pour satisfaire notre séjours. L emplacement est idéal. La piscine très agréable. Le propriétaire très attentionné. Encore merci a lui. Seuls bémols: Le peu de respect qu ont les espagnols avec le règlement intérieur; a croire qu'ils ne savent pas lire et le manque de propreté dans la ville, vraiment dommage parce que la situation est très privilégiée
