The apartment was really nice. Good location and price. Communication was fast and clear, until the day of check-in, when they stopped answering completely. We tried to ask things like how to access the key and how to check-in properly. We tried through e-mail, through hotels.com and we tried calling, no answer. We managed to solve it ourselves after a while but they have still remained completely silent, two days after check-out at the time of writing.

Clean room and facilities. Easy to access and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One air conditioning in sitting room was malfunction, not suitable for ver hot or very cold weather conditions. Check in procedures messy. First time I received an email with a link from Expedia and I uploaded all passport details. But the reception could not receive the information and they gave us another link for uploading.

Our home away from home for hockey.

Another fantastic stay. My family and I love this location. It is always clean when we arrive. There is plenty of parking and there are convience stores near by. It's 30 min from the ice rink we play at and has become a second home for us. It is also within 30 minutes of almost everything Nikko related.

Mycket trevlig personal och bekvämt boende. Dock var mycket smutsigt som bestick, badrum och annat. Vi behövde diska om det mesta. De lämnade kvar två använda och ofräscha tvättsvampar.

Impossible de rentrer dans le logement et les propriétaires ne veulent pas nous envoyer le code! Le téléphone affiché ne fonctionne soit disant pas... On a dû chercher le code nous même... On a eu de la chance de trouver en 30 min environ... C'est (c'était?) 1970 si jamais ça peut servir à d'autres... On aurait bien aimé trouver l'information dans les commentaires car d'autres ont eu le même problème avant !

きれいだし周りも静かだったので、過ごしやすかったです。ご飯を作ったのですが、しゃもじが見当たらなかったです。あとラップやホイルがあるともっといいなと思います。 いい旅になりました。

ที่พักดีมาก อบอุ่น มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ เตา ชาม แก้ว ผ้าขนหนู มีเตารีด ดีมากๆ คุ้มมากค่ะ แต่ตอนไปเหมือนไฟดวงนึงมันเพิ่งเสียตอนเราอยู่ได้แปปเดียวแต่ก้ช่างมันเพราะไม่รู้จะทำไงติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ได้ แต่ทุกอย่างโดยรวมดีมากๆ
