“My stay in AneSea was amazing! The rooms were spotless, spacious, had all amenities you need and were very comfortable, with a nice balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It was truly Cretan hospitality The location was convenient, always parking available, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was great. With plenty of options. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the attention to detail……

“The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! ”

“Staff and food are incredible - massive shout out to Stella, Ionna, Pat, Vasilios and the guys from the bar - all great and couldn’t do enough. The spa is gorgeous with lovely treatments. Drinks are good but if you only drink premium branded liquor then expect to pay - the drinks were nice otherwise but we did pay in the evenings for a nice bottle of wine or premium cocktail. We will definitely be back as it was 100% a 5 star experience. A beautiful resort run by lovely people.”

“Zimmer war sauber und okay. Die Toilette stinkt leider nach Abfluss. Es ist leider einfach zu laut durch die Flugzeuge. Davon ist die ganze Umgebung betroffen. Das wissen die natürlich auch, aber tun nichts dagegen. Keine dichten Fenster, keine gedämmten Wände. Der Lärm geht komplett durch und man wird hier ständig durch den Lärm der fliegenden Flugzeuge gestört. Ich würde nächstes Mal lieber in irgendeiner Vorstadt von Heraklion bleiben.”

“Room was large, air conditioning worked well, and our one meal at the restaurant was fine. We were only there for 1 night, arriving late in the evening and left very early the following morning to catch a 6am flight. The proximity to the airport along with an advertised 24 hour airport shuttle was the main purpose for choosing this hotel. “I stayed only one day in the hotel because I had to take a flight very early. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was small, but that is ok for a short stay. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood. It is possible to reach the airport by walking nearly 20min (I did it with luggage). I think this hotel was a good choice for the price. Other guests should only be aware of the noise of the flights arriving and leaving at late and……

“This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié.……

Seul inconvénient la réception était fermée à notre arrivée, on a dû attendre 30min. Aucun numéro ne fonctionnait. Si vous passez par Expedia, pensez à contacter l'hébergement, ils vous donneront des informations. Expedia ne donne pas votre numéro de téléphone.”
