"Impossibilité de rester dans cet hôtel qui est dans un état déplorable. La personne à l’accueil nous a demandé de payer alors que je lui ai montré un reçu d’ Hotels.com où il était indiqué que c’était réglé. Mais il ne voulait rien savoir, donc nous sommes partis et avons trouvé un logement décent. J’ai essayé de joindre Hotel.Com par téléphone en vain pour annuler cette réservation d’hôtel. "1. Run down and outdated accommodations. Bed made funny noises when moving on them. 2. Wifi was very spotty. Had to go in the lobby or the reception area to work. Big reception area.
