“There was a one inch hole in the ceiling above the shower. The air conditioner didn't work in 90° weather. Had this not been a late check in I would have turned around and walked away. Also, if you list one of your amenities as a "free breakfast" one should at least expect a continental style with maybe some fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, etc. When I asked about breakfast, the night clerk said it would be in the check in building...he even showed me the counter that looked like a simple food……

“The room had 2 Q beds, as requested. The room was not ready, so we had to wait, though check in time was supposed to be 3 pm. There was only 1 chair. The toilet was low, with nothing to grab onto. The bathroom door was also the closet door, which slid to one side or the other. The shower was fine, with plenty of towels. The room had no safe, though the front desk had safety boxes, I think…which we did not use. Breakfasts were fine. We will choose a different place next time.”

“Bed was super high off the floor and hard to climb into. Strange fume smell came into room through the air conditioner. Air con blew directly on the bed.”

“The host was so kind and available to help whenever we needed anything. And the coffee isn’t just your typical store bought brand. It was from a local roaster and was so delicious! It was nice having two full bathrooms to accommodate all of us too. And of course, the game selection was huge. I could’ve stayed all week and still not gotten through everything. Can’t say enough positive things about this place.”

“I got a super rate & knew I was just there to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable although a little worn. The property is currently under renovation. I appreciated the quiet though some might say spooky because only a few guests were staying. Fantastic deal for those looking for basics. There's a game room, a workout space, iron, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, tv, and a pool which was a little murky but seemed swimmable. Staff was friendly.”
