Great property and great location for a weekend at ND. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. If the price stays where it was for this weekend, I would stay here every time I go to an ND game.

Very Nice Accommodations with a Beautiful View of the River

The loft was very nicely decorated, had everything needed and was very clean. Beautiful view of the river was a bonus. Host was an outstanding communicator and very helpful. Highly recommend this property and will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Wonderful Spot Near Southbend

We were looking for a spot close to Notre Dame and we lucked up finding this spot! Great stay for this trip. Other reviews mentioned that walls are thin but we didn’t have any issues with the “quiet times”. We will be booking again next time we are in the area!

great unique place to stay

What a find! Fit all of our needs and was so well equipped. The loft was a hit with our son and the location was perfect to venture around southwest Michigan. There was a convenient grocery store right in town for anything thing we needed. The common's area was a great addition. Next time we plan on bringing more family and each family unit will get their own unit. Can't wait.

We enjoyed the area and our stay at this property. The apartment was clean, affordable and had most amenities you would need. We did have some damage to our car in the parking lot from another driver. Obviously not the fault of the owner, but there were no cameras facing the lot to aid in finding the person who did it. I would recommend staying at this property.

Lovely Loft

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was exactly as pictured in the listing. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and steps away from a few boutique shops and restaurants. Our only caution to others looking to stay here who will need to use the loft as a third bedroom, there is a structural beam about 2-3 feet above the mattress that runs parallel to the mattress. It was a bit of an annoyance for our 11 year old son. I wouldn’t recommend the loft area for adult accommodations. Other than that it was a great property for our family of five. We didn’t experience any noise transfer issues as noted in other reviews.

Lots of space

The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Previous reviews that mentioned the thin walls/sound carrying were accurate, but that wasn’t an issue for us. My kids said the beds were noisy in their room. Loved the walking path along the river. We also walked to pick up pizza and some drinks at the dollar store. In the morning walked to grocery store for some breakfast. Only recommendations for host are more blankets. There was only one extra blanket for 4 beds. Also, there were several coffee stations, but no tea for us non-coffee drinkers. Would definitely stay again. Really nice place.

Very nice!

I was a little worried because other reviews said the walls were thin--my kids can be loud and I didn't want to bother anyone. Thankfully there was just one room touching ours, so hopefully we weren't too noisy. What I liked: The rooms were as pictured, but nicer. I could tell that whoever decorated wanted to make each space welcoming and luxurious. In a 2ish bedroom loft, there were 4 TVs. The mattresses were so comfortable, better than any I've slept on at a rental. The appliances and dishes were newish and matching, and frankly nicer than mine at home. They provide some basic shampoo and conditioner, which i was greatful for because the double headed shower was amazing. Normally I take a quick shower, but not here, LOL. The quiet hours, even if we probaby broke them some. The coffee, spice rack, hot chocolate mix, chocolates. The view, nearby river and walking path to a playground. What I would suggest to the host: The master bedroom door has a lock but does not lock. The kids played hard everyday, so there weren't incidents, but a little peace of mind is nice. The ladder to the loft has a loose screw. It was secure still, but might need to be looked at. The kitchen, while adequately stocked, could use a rubber spatula for pancake and brownie batter. What i didn't like: There was an honest mistake at booking, which they were quick to correct. The address wasn't given until about 3 hours before check-in.

relaxing stay

property is well maintained and located close to a lot of different cities but far enough away that you don’t have all the tourist congestion and noise. there are numerous orchards, wineries, breweries, cider mills and distilleries close by to explore. would stay here again.
