The property is located block away from Vatican. We walked from our hotel to colosseum and city central, less than an hour of walking. Lots of delicious restaurants and shops. It’s not the crazy city central, yet in the city. The hotel has breakfast- I loved it. Delicious food and coffee to start your day. Staff are nice and room was clean and exceeded our expectation, very recommended. If we come back, I would stay there again.

We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned! And waited more than an hour to get a room. We finally got to our room at around 1 am. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

I stayed for 3 days and I wasn’t expecting much due to the other reviews. It’s not a huge 5 star hotel but it was quiet and I was comfortable. The room was a little small but overall still comfortable. It wasn’t the best view outside. The staff were great, check in was simple and they placed a hold of $100 on my card which was removed the day after I left (other hotels kept the hold for days/weeks).

"We LOVED our room and the location. Our chocolate lab was with us and the room had a slider out to the grass area for pets. Riverfront park is right across the street. The room was beautiful and clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again"

"We had a great time relaxing with friends at this well placed VRBO. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the game room where we shared great conversation and laughs. This house had everything we needed with plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans etc. The bathrooms also had everything we needed. ..."
