"I don’t typically write reviews but this hotel is amazing! The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful and amiable. Our room has an amazing view. The big plus is the location. Local train station to JR trains is just across the street making commute a breeze."

"Great stay. Had the executive level which was nice for quick snacks. Not as great as some club levels where food and drink is more plentiful but great views and good enough. Unbelievably convenient location right in Namba at the train station (above it). Crazy good. Super modern. Quiet. Mall inside too. Excellent. "

"Breakfast was ok, but packed. Poor coffee service and not huge selection of items. The upstairs club was poorly run and unfriendly or helpful staff. The Whiskey Resturant. Food was average. Told if you order off ala carte menu items would take an hour as would drinks that had to be made at another bar. The staff was not friendly or helpful. It is as if they could care less to help you or make you feel welcome"

"Great hotel stay in Namba. Rooms were clean and space wise was perfect for a couple to stay. They have accommodation for 4+ families too, which was a plus. Since you’re in Japan, walking is expected. Many shopping, games and restaurants were in a walking distance, but of course for those who don’t prefer to walk 10+mins, taxi is an option. Overall great stay!"

"This is an excellent hotel to stay in if you are looking for overnight stay before an international flight from KIX. It is easy an easy walk to the "
