It is a beautiful hotel not too far from Novgorod Kremlin. The breakfast was great and our room was clean and really warm.

My luggage was totally lost by the airline. The staff were incredibly helpful about trying to track it down and even bought me some hairspray to tide me over.

Nice hotel!
Great location to stay. Close to public transportation, food, and other services. Small room size more suitable for a business traveler but modern and comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Stayed for 2 nights albeit had to leave early in the morning for the 2nd night. Got a packed breakfast to take on the train. Staff at all times were friendly and welcoming and spoke English very well. Lobby and room were nice as was the hotel in general. We loved our king single beds and the unusual quietness of the air conditioning system. Breakfast was adequate and well presented. There is a Spar minimarket some 5 mins walk (slightly uphill) from the hotel. Downtown (Kremlin) we were told is a 20-25 mins stroll from the hotel but we hose to go by Uber instead as it was relatively hot.

Comfortable Hotel with friendly staff.
I was in Nizhniy Novgorod due to the business reasons, so the location of the hotel was important for me. It si located in the upper part of the city. It takes you about 20-25 to get to the Kremlin and walking area. My room was light and warm; the bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was working perfect everywhere. Breakfast was good and very variable. It is good value for money.

The friendly and professional staff; they were very helpful from the moment of arrival to departure. The room was small, but comfortable and very clean. Bathroom, towels and sheets were very neat. Breakfast was nice. The location is not very central but certainly not far off from the old town - about 20 minute walk. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic hotel with superb service!
Had a great time. The hotel is brand new with a good location, but what really made a big difference is service. The manager must be doing a great job since everyone was helpful profesional and nice. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Есть конференц зал, где можно поработать при необходимости. Особо отмечу профессионализм персонала, приехали в 10.40, заселение в 14. Никаких доплат, возражений, сразу заселили. Также единственный отель где спросили можно ли сделать скан паспорта. Персонал судя по всему проинструктирован, что если гость не согласен, сотрудники не могут сделать копию и при этом обязаны заселить и знание закона это отдельный плюс. Персонал очень вежлив, спрашивают обратную связь у каждого гостя. Номер чистый, есть утюг и гладильная доска сразу в номере, что очень удобно.

Хороший отель, где лучше не иметь соседей.
Приятный современный отель. Быстрый чекин и чекаут. Немного далеко от центра, хотя, например, Верхне-Волжская набережная и канатная дорога близко. Завтрак не самый разнообразный, но неплохой. Из минусов - картонные стены, если соседи ранние пташки, слышать их пионерскую зорьку вы будете без вариантов.

В целом сам отель отличный. Но в дни нашего приезда мы столкнулись с рядом неприятных моментов:заселить ранее 15.00 отказались, место в камере хранения не было предложено по приезду, халата и зубного набора в номере не было. За зубным набором попросили спуститься на ресепшен. Из-за наплыва гостей ожидание лифтов составляло минут 7

Отель очень хороший, завтраки потрясающие, кровать и подушки великолепные, персонал очень дружелюбный. Единственное что огорчило, это парковка подземная в которой не было мест. А так все великолепно. Очень рекомендую

Стандарт, я бы дал 3 звезды
Все хорошо, только ощущение, что у сезону не готовы. Тапок не было, халатов тоже, бар пустой, винных бокалов не хватило. В остальном все ок. Ах да, куллер только на 4 этаже - очень не удобно ездить туда на лифе, который долго ждать.

Отличный вариант размещения!
Очень удобная гостиница. Свой открытый и закрытый паркинг. Есть всё необходимое, а чего нет- по запросу сразу приносят. Быстро реагировали на все просьбы. Очень вежливо. Великолепные завтраки с огромным выбором блюд. Немного в стороне от центра . Близко, но дорога занимает 10 мин до набережной, но вообще не живописно. Вечером даже очень глухо. Но на машине это вообще роли не играет. Нет красивого вида из гостиницы- она немного в низине. Вид на старый сектор и панельные дома. Опять же НО: приехали погулять, а не смотреть в окно). Чисто, комфортно. Останавливаемся уже не в первый раз.

Номера очень небольшие, но все есть! Очень комфортно и чисто! Отдельная песнь- завтраки! Просто идеально!
