"Make arrangements for a rental car in advance of your trip that you can pick-up upon arrival. Had use of a family car the first day but needed to rent for the remainder of our stay forcing us into the rental market. “Reasonably priced” electric vehicles weren’t available - only more expensive models that can run 400 - 500 per day."

"The house was perfectly situated to where we wanted to be. It’s tucked in a dead end street with beautiful sky views. You can hear the sound of the oceans waves on the deck of the house. Less than a mile walk to one of the beaches and a quick 15 minute ride into town. The owner was quick to respond and was extremely lovely."

"Patrick is a great very accommodating host. We had a pack and play for the baby waiting for us inside when we arrived. Being right on the beach and enjoying the views was amazing . Definitely worth staying for the location! However , don’t expect much from the house. Poorly ventilated inside had this old moldy smell especially downstairs where the bedrooms are. Seeing the plains landing and taking off was also really fun. You could barely hear it so the sound didn’t bother at all. Location! Location!"

"Josh was an amazing host and went out of his way to make our stay extra special! The home was perfect for our family and the location is great. Tucked into the back of a quiet street, but so close to all the conveniences of mid island. We even walked into town one day! A large yard for my kids to enjoy is definitely a bonus on Nantucket. We cannot wait to return again next year! Thank you for a great week!"

"We had a great stay at a great property, celebrating a 49th birthday with a large group of friends. The host was super responsive to asks, and it was a memorable, hassle free stay. Location also has great proximity to stores, downtown and the airport, so we were never left spending too much time traveling around the island."
