"Make arrangements for a rental car in advance of your trip that you can pick-up upon arrival. Had use of a family car the first day but needed to rent for the remainder of our stay forcing us into the rental market. “Reasonably priced” electric vehicles weren’t available - only more expensive models that can run 400 - 500 per day."

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. The house is very comfortable and could easily accommodate a second family of four or additional guests. Peaceful back porch looking out onto Miacomet "creek." The house is well furnished, including a shed with ample beach chairs, accessories, cooler, etc. Excellent communication and attentive host. Would definitely stay here again."

"The house was perfectly situated to where we wanted to be. It’s tucked in a dead end street with beautiful sky views. You can hear the sound of the oceans waves on the deck of the house. Less than a mile walk to one of the beaches and a quick 15 minute ride into town. The owner was quick to respond and was extremely lovely."

"Josh was an amazing host and went out of his way to make our stay extra special! The home was perfect for our family and the location is great. Tucked into the back of a quiet street, but so close to all the conveniences of mid island. We even walked into town one day! A large yard for my kids to enjoy is definitely a bonus on Nantucket.
