The restaurant it says in Google its open till 11pm but they closed at 9:30. Very loud in the hotel as kids run everywhere and are very loud so if somone looking the quiet hitel this one is not for them. Family hotel ok as kids can play and use swimming pool.

On of the top family hotels in Finland. Repeating!

Beautiful location and pretty good facilities. A bit run down (it looks like they have started renovating some areas), but still in pretty good shape. You get decent AC in your room, which is a luxury in Finnish hotels in the summer. Compared to other hotels of the same type, such as Holiday Club Caribea in Turku, this one outperforms it by far, and in our case, it was even more affordable.

Great location and has a lot of potential

The hotel service was great. Room cleanliness could be a bit better but it was good overall. Food was not very good and not vary many selections to choose from.

Bed was wonderful. I think the rooms feel their age. I had ants in my bathroom. Not a big g deal, but maybe I got one of the older rooms. Surrounding is absolutely beautiful!! Spa was under annual maintenance so I did not check them out. They told me about that beforehand, but I did not care for the spa anyways. Looks like this might be wonderful place to bring kids. Few very nice play areas inside.

Room was too hot. Pool should open earlier so as an adult i can swim before business and before the families with kids take over. The buffet dinner isnt enough value for 40 euros. The breakfat of course was great!

Sisäänkirjautumisessa jono oli ulos asti, 45 minuuttia. Aamiaiselle piti varata aika, mutta sitten lopulta ei tarvinnutkaan, vaan saikin luvan "tulla kun haluatte". Perhehuoneessa akustiikka oli huono, naapurihuoneen lasten äänet kuului selkeästi. Positiivista: erinomainen aamiainen, loistava valikoima välipaloja/iltapaloja respan kylmäkaapissa. Vastaanoton ja respan "kioskin" henkilökunta iloista ja palvelualtista.

Kylpylä muuten ok, mutta pitäisi olla rauhallisempi uintiin tarkoitettu allas aikuisille. Lasten meteli oli ihan korvia huumaava. Meillä oli lemmikkihuone, joka oli kyllä aika kulunut. Koirat otettiin vastaan ystävällisesti.
