PLEASE NOTE as of 10/9/2024, our pool enclosure (lanai) was destroyed by Hurricane Milton. The house is wonderful as ever and nothing has changed. We asked you bear with us during this crazy time while rebuilding that may come as inconvenience during your stay. We are in queue with a pool enclosure company and it will be scheduled to be installed within 2 to 3 months from today.

Home has a great view of the stunning outdoor living area that is ideal for entertaining and enjoying the Florida sunshine. Take a dip in the HEATED pool or take in the sounds of nature as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef at heart and plenty of storage and prep space. You're more than welcome to use the baking and/or herbs/spices in cabinet/cupboard and pantry, it's available for your wonderful meal.
Both bedrooms have walk-in closet and remodeled bathrooms. Both cooling you off with ceiling fans and TV for entertainment.

Family room has sleeper queen size gel foam mattress.
