"My youngest daughter came home from her first year of college in Boston. We had a wonderful girls weekend in this beautiful little cottage. Bedding was cozy and everything was very clean. Lots of shopping in downtown Franklin. I will definitely be back!"

"LOVED our stay at this beautiful house in Leiper’s Fork!!! My family and I stayed to check out the area for consideration for relocating. We fell in love with Leiper’s Fork and with this house!!! The house is the perfect blend of new blended with old. It’s very tastefully decorated. The beds, pillows, and sheets were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, my girls loved playing basketball, the location to town was great, and it was the perfect house for unwinding! "My husband and I stayed here when my son was graduating from MTSU. Everything was perfect! And it was such a wonderful get-away from the city (and yet an easy drive to the city). I loved the front porch, the farm-fresh eggs, the comfortable bedding and the hot shower! And the check-in/out process couldn't be easier. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very nice and clean/ comfortable. It’s a good location to the shops and restaurants. The next door house is unkept and they do have many dogs which barked on and off in the night. If you have a fan or sound machine you could probably mask it. Sarah was responsive to my questions."

"Met with lifelong friends for the weekend. Weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy the backyard space. Your cottage was a perfect central location for us since we came from different states. We’re hoping to make this an annual gathering! FYI-the hall bathroom toilet runs continuously and we’re a little concerned about your foundation to the right of the front door."

"Great location, really cute garage converted to a country cottage. Matching robins egg blue appliances. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water, and towels clean space. Safe. Cozy. Easy to Come and go using combination door. Drive way bumped bottom of car, No wifi signal, two kureg coffee pods, no sugar or cream for two people staying 3 nights, confusing directions for Alexa lamp, no bleach pods supplied to follow laundry directions, grass and bushes needed trimming especially near driveway."

"We enjoyed the cottage house! It was beautifully decorated and just a delightful place to stay. Location was convenient to downtown as well. Wish our stay was longer but if we are ever back in the area will stay again."
