The managers went out of their way to assist with any enquires. We were delighted with the welcome gift of wine, chocolate, dip and biscuits. "Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine."
