Netter Empfang, gepflegte Anlage, Wermutstropfen es fehlt halt die Klimatisierung in den Häusern. Wenn es draussen 30 Grad hat, heizt sich das Haus innen auf 28Grad auf. Empfehlung wenigstens Ventilator mitnehmen. Ferner die Burger im Restaurant vor Ort sind gelinde gesagt, nicht das Geld wert, was sie kosten. Patty frittiert schmeckt nach nix, Bun ist trocken und fällt auseinander, alos Finger weg davon. Dann evtl die Pizza, allerdings auch etwas fade. Ansonsten schöne Lage direkt vor dem Damm zum Meer...

Wir hatten diese Wohnung hier im Angebot über mehre Tage hinweg mehrfach im angebenen Zeitraum erfolgreich gebucht - und immer wieder nachträglich (nach psoitiver Buchungsbestätigung) eine Absage (Stornierung wegen Nichtverfüfbarkeit) bekommen. Sowas irritiert und nervt!

Herzlich willkommen an der Rezeption. Die Damen waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Erklärung zu Park und Haus war klar und vollständig. Cottage selbst hat alles was Sie brauchen. Es gibt ein Starterpaket mit Müllsack und grundlegender Reinigungsausrüstung. Es gibt einen guten, großen Fernseher, den Sie in alle Richtungen drehen können. Das Inventar stellte sich bei der Ankunft als unvollständig heraus. Wir haben 2 Kaffeelöffel, ein Trinkglas, ein Weinglas, einen Untersetzer und ein Schneidebrett vermisst. Dies wurde sofort behoben, indem gemeldet wurde, was fehlte. Die Beschreibung der Kombimikrowelle konnte nicht gefunden werden, obwohl sie in einem früheren Vorbehalt vorhanden war. Nachdem dies der Rezeption gemeldet worden war, stellte sich heraus, dass die Gebrauchsanweisung unter dem Link auf der Website des Parks zu finden war. Dies könnte beim Sammeln des Schlüssels erwähnt werden. Leider wurde das Haus diesmal nicht richtig gereinigt. An den Türen und Türpfosten der Wohnzimmertür befanden sich Schlamm (Hundezittern), Hundehaare (von einem blonden langhaarigen Hund) und viele fettige Fingerabdrücke, an denen Sie die Tür anhalten, wenn Sie sie hinter sich schließen. Dies gilt auch für die Kühlschranktür und die Griffe, einschließlich der Küchenschränke. Diese klebten an Fett. Die Kombimikrowelle war nicht sauber, das Kochfeld und insbesondere die Bedienknöpfe waren verschmutzt und mit Fett verklebt. Dinge wie Bad, WC, Waschbecken waren sauber. Wir haben den Geschirrspüler dreimal eingeschaltet und alle drei Male hat sich die Spülmaschinentablette nur für einen kleinen Teil aufgelöst. Trotz der oben genannten Nachteile machen die Lage und Aufteilung / Einrichtung des Hauses dies wieder wett.
