"Positive: Easy access, everything clean. Quiet location.Negative: as first guests water supply and heating for hot water had to be started first. Drain in the kitchen clogged. Mixer tap of the shower defective. Door to bathroom could not be closed. Lighting in the rooms incomplete. Heating did not work.Conclusion: significant renovation work is still required here."

"The hotel looks dilapidated, As soon as you walk in it smells pretty awful. Going into the room I was nearly sick due to the smell of raw sewage. Quite literally the worst hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world after 30 years of travelling/ working abroad. Staff were helpful in returning my ÂŁ95 charge for staying there. I did not eat but seeing the restaurant I would not. 2 x bottles of water in the room were filthy dirty."
