"The staff at the Anaheim Hotel is exceptional. They went out of their way to be friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and the proximity to the Disneyland Resort cannot be beat. But, the staff is what makes this a great hotel. "

"The hotel was very budget friendly and close to the park. It's a 10-12 minute walk to the Toy Story shuttle lot that takes you into the parks. We were able to be accommodated when we got to the hotel earlier than expected. Maria was very friendly and helped get us into a room quickly. The desk associates were friendly and greeted us when we came down to the lobby and went back up to the room. The rooms are a bit outdated but were clean and had what we needed for this trip. I appreciate all the hospitality that we received while staying here. "
